Toronto FC Prediction League 2023 | Round 17 – Toronto FC vs. Chicago Fire
No rest for the wicked. Right back it with a nice hump-day/night special. Also not a ton of movement on the leaderboard, since we all put down loses for the Reds.

Let’s refresh the points system – The point system is as follows:
Correctly predict a TFC win/loss/draw: 2 points
Correctly predict the home score: 1 point
Correctly predict the away score: 1 point
Therefore a perfect game prediction will yield a massive 4 points!
There will be an extra point available each match for the bonus question!
This Week’s Bonus (1 point):
Let’s do … who leads at halftime?
Let’s get to predicting! Come On You Reds!
TFC 0, Chicago Fire 2
With Rosted, Servania, rejuvenated-Insigne, and something-to-prove-Bernardeschi all in the lineup, Chicago doesn’t stand a chance! So I expect a loss.
Chicago leads at halftime.
TFC 2 – 1 tired fired. And we lead at the half.
Is it just me or are the total calculations wrong? I shouldn’t be as high as I am. I don’t think they take into account the fact it’s 2 points for correctly predicting the result.
I believe! 2-0 ft tfc Tfc lead at half
2-0 Toronto
The not so Reds lead at the half
3-1 Chicago, Chicago leads at half. Fire Bradley.
Bernardeschi has something to prove after last weeks win and Insigne’s performance. TFC win 3-1. TFC leads at the half.
2:2, a draw after first half
Let’s go with a little 2-2 action. Chicago leads at halftime.
After deviating from my predictable score last week, and them achieving it for once, I’ll return there.
2-1 TFC
We lead at the half.
TFC 1-1 Chicago – final.
Tied at half, nobody leading.
Toronto FC 2 – 1 Chicago Fire
Toronto leads at half.
Insigne and Fede find another gear and TFC win 3-1 (TFC takes a lead into the half).
Toronto FC 3 – Chicago Fire 1
TFC to lead at the half.
2-1 for TFC
Tied at half time
3-1 TFC victory
TFC lead at the half
TFC 2 – 1 CHI
TFC lead at half
4-0 TFC … Shutout for Johnson on his birthday
TFC lead at the half
TFC 2 – 1 CHI
Bonus – even at the half
Hopefully I’m not too late. TFC 2 – 2 CHI. Tied at half.
TFC 2 – 0 CHI
TFC lead at the half
No matter what I tried yesterday, I could get my comment to load up. No that it matters but I was trying to predict a 2-1 TFC win, tied at the half.
Kept getting a “taking too long to load” error message. 🤷♂️
I will approve this for inclusion.
